what it is and a few techniques

Aerokinesis is the control over wind. this can be from making small breezes to huge gusts and can be dangerous if too much energy is put into it so be careful.
WIND CONTROL #1
ok first go outside. now try to get in a place where you can feel the wind easily. if you can try to climb to the top of your house and practice there. ok now just relax and feel the breezes around you. now try to imagine and visualize the wind going in a different direction (ex. if the wind was at you back try to feel the wind blowing in your face). ok so keep visualizing it and with enough time and concentration you might actually feel the wind blowing in your face. now try to make the wind go in different directions than just at your face. like try to make it change from front to back, back to right. with enough practice you could even change it to all directions in just a few seconds.
WIND CONTROL #2
this is another technique that you have to go outside. ok so take your thumb and forefinger and pinch them together like you were pinching a thin piece of string. now relax and visualize that this invisible string is connected to a thin sheet. now flick back your wrist as if to try to bring that thin sheet to you. imagine that the sheet is the wind and when you flick your wrist it makes wind come at you. visualize the trees shaking and feel the breeze that it creates. keep flicking your wrist constantly as if to bring more and more wind. with enough practice you could create huge gusts with this technique.
WIND BALL
ok first go somewhere where you can feel the wind. now make a psi ball. feel the wind around you. try to take the wind and fill the psi ball with the wind. keep filling it with the wind and try to feel it swirling around in the ball. keep practicing and when you think you have succeeded then try to throw the ball at something like a tree or something and see if it moves.
